    My hotmail account has been hacked and I’m deleted as primary and cannot make changes.


    My hotmail account has been completely taken over by a hacker. He deleted me from primary and made himself the primary. He also deleted my email and phone number. I can still get into my email using my 4-digit pin, but I can't change anything--what can I do.
