My HP 2700 printer suddenly says it has no printer driver. how is this corrected?

 

I have windows 10 and my printer is HP OFFICEJET PRO 8610. My laptop says it is offline What do I do?

My reading of that webpage is that, other than their {Driver-product installation software} HP Smart 117MB, you have no other choice but to download their {Software utility} HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software 9MB
