    Printer not printing black ink

    I have a HP Officejet 4620 printer. I have installed new ink cartridges and the printer indicates the levels are full.

    Using the tools, all colors print but black. what can I do?

    Just refilled my Epson Printer with Black ink but it won't print with black ink, only colored.

    Hi Rich

    On that particular model of printer:

    On your Start Menu find HP Solution Center

    Click Settings - Print Settings - Printer Toolbox

    The Printer Toolbox can also be opened from the Print Properties dialog box.

    In the Print Properties dialog box, select Printing Preferences, click the Features tab, and then click Printer Services.

    Click the Estimated Ink Levels tab
