    My HP is stuck at "Choose your keyboard layout Windows 10"


    My HP desk top pc is stuck at "Choose your keyboard layout Windows 10". Can not use the keyboard or the mouse. The USB port does not work either. Please help!

    HP Laptop stuck in "Choose Keyboard Layout' loop - nothing works I have tried everything people suggest on line. There is nothing in my USB ports or removable drives, computer was working fine night before, then poof!
