    Good morning, I have a problem with my officejet 3831 hp printer. After the last windows update the printer doesn't work anymore, it finds it as offline status and the drivers are not installed in a correct way, my pc doesn't seem to read it anymore with the USB port I don't know if it's a harware or software problem, I made the connection with the network and had taken it, but always after a last update it changes the printer status. Are there any solutions? Thank you I'm waiting for an answer :

    HP officejet 4500 printer is not working after upgrading to Windows 10

    I have an HP OfficeJet 4500 all in one printer. Since I upgraded to windows 10 my scanner doesn't work. Any suggested fixes?

    Windows 10 HP Officejet Pro 8620 Will not print


    Thank you for posting this. I tried all the listed steps and still not able to print EXCEPT when I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor; at the conclusion of the scan, the app prompts me to print a test page from within the Scan Doctor and it is successful. I recall the 8620 being able to do this as well, however.
