    My HP printer, only 3 years old, office jet pro 6978 stopped printing if words are in black. but will print color. I changed black cartridge from HP twice, no help.

    Printing in Color from a Word document on HP Office Jet 3830

    My Word document contains a color picture, but it will only print in B&W on my HP Office Jet 3830 printer. The printer copies just fine in color; it just won't print color on a document sent from my HP Laptop. Cartridge is new and full.

    My HP officejet pro 6978 won't stop printing

    I have a HP Officejet pro 6978

    There are no pending items to print, how ever it won't stop printing. The only way to get it to stop is to take out the paper.

    Any solutions?
