Windows 10: My HP4650 Printer

My HP4650 Printer all of a sudden will not print in color - what should I do? Is there anyone I can speak to?

We were able to print using the following sequence...

From a word file select print.

Select "HP ePrint + JetAdvantage"

The HP4650 printer is shown as available in the print option box that displays; select that printer then select print.

The printer does not display as an option under the print command... only through the sequence displayed above.

Conflicts between the devices or a compatibility issue can be the reason why this issue is happening. For us to isolate the problem, we'd like to ask a few questions:

• Is the issue only happening in Word and Excel?
• What are the version and build of Word and Excel?

Based on the information and screenshots that you've posted, the problem is with the printer driver. Since updating the printer driver didn't work, another option is to uninstall and reinstall printer driver in Device Manager. Follow the steps provided below:

• Go to Device Manager.
• Expand Imaging devices
  
• Right-click on your printer driver/name on your Imaging devices and click
  Properties.
• On Driver tab, select Uninstall Device. Follow the information and click
  OK.

Note: Do this steps also for your printer showing in USB devices. After uninstalling printer drivers in
Imaging devices and USB devices, do restart your computer. After rebooting, your PC will automatically detect and install the driver needed for your printer. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet while doing the
procedure.

If uninstalling and reinstalling printer driver didn't work, we suggest that you contact HP printer support for further assistance in resolving HP printer driver issue.
