Windows 10: My internet connection freezes when downloading ANYTHING

Hello, the issue is really simple, Whenever i download anything my personal internet freezes/dissapears, if im downloading anything trough my browser it cancels and says "red error", my yt videos/discord calls, Anything that uses internet, is like whenever i start downloading anything my intenet crashes, and in a minute it comes back then crashes again when it notices im downoading something, This only happens to me, the rest of people in my house are fine with the connection, its only on my pc, This has happened to me for a long time and the only solution that worked for me is formatting my
