Windows 10: My internet is fine, and my computer is connected to it, but it's still slow.

I've had this problem since I got this laptop, but no matter where I go or what Wi-Fi I'm connected to, it's still extremely slow. I did a speed test, and the mbps was around 0.37. I tried troubleshooting, but it only said that there was no problems with my internet connectivity and couldn't detect any other problems. I deleted all of the apps that I didn't use, and that only brought the mbps up to 0.55. I feel like it's just a problem with the computer, but is there anything else I can do to try and fix it?

1. Open Admin command and type: ipconfig
   
   
   
2. Win+X->Control Panel->Netwok and Sharing Center
   Follow the screen shot. This should disable internet access from this PC but allows access to local device(s)
   NOTE: Use the IP & Subnet Mask from step 1. Leave Default gateway & DNS Server blank

Slow Internet speed on only one computer.

Hi Cody,

Slow internet speed on one of your computer could be due to the following:

• Outdated network adapter driver
• Different Wi-Fi chipset
• Computer processing speed

Make sure that the network driver of your computer(s) are always updated.

We also suggest you to contact your internet service provider for them to check your internet connection speed and give you more information.
