Windows 10: My Keyboard turned to a **** ¬!

When I press CTRL the page refresh , When I want to give quote mark there come @ , Then I press only delete the computer shuts down. So I'm on a very important project of video editing I split and hit delete the desktop just shuts down ****¬! And when I want to write this exclamatory sign its becomes like ¬!

Where the hell I'm now. Can anyone tell me how can I reset everything back?

To address your concern, we suggest that you try the following steps:

• Click Start and then click Settings
• Click on Ease of access
• Click Keyboard in the left pane
• Turn off Filter Keys in the right pane

Also, try pressing the Fn+ Num Lock keys to turn off the Number lock function.
