Windows 10: My labtop won’t work

    My labtop won’t work


    My windows labtop screen is frozen, the cursor is stuck on a loading icon, I can’t open task manager or safe mode. When I try to reboot it, it won’t work, I held down the power button and the screen turned black but instantly turned back on the exact same.

    Making backup and re-format...

    Maybe I Install a Windows 7 again, At least, all of my games run smoothly ...Sadness!!
