Windows 10: My Laptop completely freezes under load

So my Laptop has 2 GPUs,integrated Vega 3 and external Radeon 535. When I try to play games with the 535,everything runs smoothly for the first 10 minutes,then the fans go absolutely crazy and everything freezes. At that point I can only manually shut it down. I am 100% sure that this is 535's problem as this does not happen with Vega 3. Here is a benchmark,I took the photo the exact moment it froze. https://ibb.co/mqxby2M

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

What is the error that you see on Startup? Provide complete and exact error code or message.

I suggest that you run the SFC scan and check if it helps to improve the Computer performance. Follow the steps :

• Press Windows + X
• Click Command prompt (Admin)
• Type sfc /scannow
• Press Enter
