Windows 10: my laptop freeze and then the audio Input stopped working

my laptop is HP laptop 14s-dk0157 AU for more detail hereI was just playing some osu 3 days ago when it started to freeze, so i decided to restart my laptop and voila my laptop is back on.... except my audio input doesn't work. I usually use headphone so, I tried to unplug the headphone and no success, I tried to disable the audio driver and and run both SFC tool and DISM tool and no success either. all other things in my laptop works fine except my audio input and audio input only, the audio input still working.so anybody know what's the problem?thanks in advanceHans

Since upgrading to windows 10 my laptop's audio input and web cam have stopped working

 

Windows 10 Audio input to programs broken

Recently my audio input, from USB headset and USB guitar cable have stopped working. Going into Windows 'Sounds' and enabling 'Listen to this device' outputs the audio as expected; the problem is not with the devices. However, as soon as I try to use them with any other program, discord, for example, no audio input is detected by discord.

I have tried everything I can think of and some suggestions from Googling around;

• Updating everything - windows, drivers, all related software
  
• Rolling windows back to the last build
  
• Trying different USB ports
  
• Reinstalling drivers and software
  
• Running Windows troubleshooters
  
• Playing with device properties settings
  

But nothing seems to work, any suggestions?
