    My laptop freezes after being pluged in


    Hi My laptop freezes when i have pluged it in to charger. I have tried to go to settings to check it had anytihng to do with the screen&sleep power mode on my laptop but that wasn't the problem. My laptop is updated to the latest version

    Laptop freeze

    Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows
    it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times.
    Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.
