Windows 10: My laptop is shutting down

Recently i left my laptop to a service for a fix it was shutting down whenever i start some game no matter what ... like games from 2003 old and should run good on my laptop. So couple of week there after cleaned and changed the fan the laptop approved a bit whenever i get it from there its good for couple of days and after my use like quite a lot its shuts down. They told me they did a lot of test heating the charger with towels to make it work hard using the laptop to provoke some shut down from overheating cuz we think this is the problem. So now after all that my laptop still shuts down when i like play something i fast restart and rejoin and its not shutting down but i use it for 1-2 hours more. And today i was just in chrome and it freezed before that i was playing things in youtube and i can hear how its lagging like a mini freezes and after 10-20 sec it dies total freeze. Tried couple of things from cmd control panel and /run for now its okay but im afraid to start something to not freeze again. Some background before i had the same problem and BSOD.

Laptop won't shut down

Most of the time, the issue regarding a device that won't shut down properly may be caused by a system conflict after an update or that there are some incompatibility issues. To assist you with this concern, we recommend that you run the troubleshooter.
To do this, kindly follow the steps listed below:

• Type troubleshooting in the Search bar and press
  Enter.

• Power
  
• Windows Update

Note: Make sure that you restart your PC after running the troubleshooter for each category.

Laptop Refuses to Shut Off


Hi, Phil. I'm doing what I've always done: slide the cursor to the lower left screen and click on Shut Down. But instead of shutting down the laptop responds as if I hit Restart.
Just tried your suggestion and hit shift but it made no difference. Laptop rebooted.
