Windows 10: my laptop lags after a little bit of inactivty

well let's say i was using my laptop and i left it open and go for a work for 5 minutes after 5 minutes when i came back saw that my laptopis working slowing like if a click on start menu it takes time to open if i right click on desktop it it takes time every application lags and show not responsive , if i use it while lagging for 1 to 2 it stops to lag and starts working normally

• What browser are you using when you experience a lag?
• Does the lag occur in a particular game?

In the meantime, we suggest you run the System Maintenance troubleshooter. Here are the steps:

• Press Windows Key + X.
• Click on Control Panel.
• Select Troubleshooting.
• On the left pane, click on View All.
• Click on System Maintenance to run the troubleshooter.

IE11 Lagging

I did all steps as outlined. IE is a bit faster, but the lagging is still there in regular browsing. If I use InPrivate browsing, it works fine with no lag.
