My laptop restarts immediately after I connect to my wifi and goes to the blue screen to scan for the problems but it doesn't help

Laptop goes to Blue Screen Of Death On Startup

My laptop starts and immediately goes to blue screen of death and is forced to restart

HERE IS WHAT I TRIED :

• Resetting computer from Advanced Options in Troubleshooting (doesn't work nothing happens)
• Resetting using command line systemreset and chkdsk commands do not work
• System restore also doesn't work

I HAVE NO WAY TO GET INTO MY COMPUTER WITHOUT IT HITTING BSOD AND NOW WAY TO DO A SYSTEM RESET IM DON FOR
