Windows 10: My laptop says “pin not available”.

Hello, My laptop says “pin not available try another method.” The only other method offered is to enter password. I have tried entering my password but it says it is incorrect. I can login to my Hotmail account with the password so I know it is the correct password. Without a password I am unable to reset, restore, or uninstall updates. It will not connect to the the internet since I cannot open to the Home Screen. I am the administrator and only user on the account. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Laptop won't show list of available networks

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

I should have left it alone, now I am really stuck here.
I tried to boot safe mode and still this PIN isn't available message, then say open the app in MS Store?
