Windows 10: My laptop screen goes black while gaming with power connected.

Recently I have been having this problem that my screen goes black while playing with power connected to it. However, the laptop does run or at least it seems to run as I am able to hear the noises from the game that I am playing Valorant, CS or Aimlabs. Moreover, this only happens when I am playing with power connected. If I play without any power source the laptop screen does not go, but of course, I am unable to get full gaming experience while doing so. The system does not take any input from the keyboard, but does take input from the mouse which is externally connected. I use a HP Victu

I also see that you are facing issues with the keyboard this might be due to the corruption of keyboard drivers. I suggest you to run the
hardware and devices troubleshooter and check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter. Refer these steps:

• Press Windows key + X, select Control panel.
• Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
• Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
• Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
• Restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.
