Windows 10: My laptop which has Microsoft 10 is not downloading any files, the download speed in on and off

Basically after trying to install an update on Fortnite my laptops download speed plummeted to 0 and wouldn't start downloading untill out of nowhere in which it instantly installed. Although it installed it worries me that the download speed was stuck on 0 for a good 10 minutes. Please give me any type of input on whether this is bad or should just be dismissed. Thanks for the time.

Something wrong with downloads?

maybe list the specific file you are trying to download. I also just grabbed a download with no issues, and good speed.

Slow Download Speed

• I would suggest you to test the speed using any of the speed test website or app to confirm the upload and download speed.
• I also suggest you to reset the wireless router to check if that helps.
  
• You may plug in the Ethernet cable if available and check the speed.
