    My laptop wont fully run on dedicated GPU


    I have an Acer Aspire VX-15

    Specs:
    256 GB SSD

    i5-7300HQ 2.7 Ghz

    GTX 1050 4 GB

    8 GB RAM

    Intregrated GPU Intel HD 630

    Problem is, my laptop's display is ran on the integrated gpu, which means, for I dont know what reason, games made in UE4 wont run, they will always, but always crash on startup, and not only one of them, all. Plus my "least consuming" apps are being ran on the integrated gpu as well, such as my browser, which, after opening lets say 4 tabs, starts getting really slow and clunky.

    Is there any way of making my laptop FULLY run on the dedicated GPU?

    Hello I'm trying to use my dedicated GPU in place of my integrated but after I saw this

    I had no clue what to do so I went into my BIOS to change it and there was integrated and switchable listed I picked switchable and still nothing now I'm here hoping somebody can help me.

    I'm running windows 10 home version 1903, integrated gpu=intel graphics 3000, dedicated=AMD radeon graphics HD 7670M

    my lenovo y50 wont run with the nvidia 860m, i updated all the drivers and everything and set the physx to the dedicated gpu and it still wont run

    The feature that you're looking for in Windows 10 is not available. I suggest that you check with your graphics manufacturer if forcing an app/game to use a dedicated GPU to each task is available with their software.

    Let us know if you have any other concerns.
