Windows 10: My laptop won't let me open Marvel Rivals. Can anyone tell me why?

I honestly tried all i could, but i have a limited knowledge on computers and haven't made much progress. I only recently bought this laptop, it's windows 11, and i even made sure to install the latest intel graphics driver i could to run the game, but for some reason, my directx 12 ultimate is disabled, and I don't know how to enable it. I tried to swap from the intel graphics driver, but I don't even know how to. if anyone knows a way i can either enable the directx 12 ultimate, or swap to a graphics driver that will let me run marvel rivals, can you help me out?

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Applications won`t maximize

Following a W10 update, applications only open as minimised on the taskbar and won`t maximize. I have tried closing them minimised but no good. Can anyone help ? thanks
