Windows 10: My Laptop Won't Open!

I had this favorite game of mine since I was a child, so I decided to download it through my Windows 10, I couldn't see it from the Microsoft Store, so I downloaded it from Chrome, I downloaded it, waited for a few minutes, then it was downloaded, after downloading it I experienced extreme lag to my Windows, sometimes it acts up while I was watching YouTube, it lagged so bad I couldn't tap anything with my arrow, so I decided to put it into sleep mode. After putting it to sleep mode, I couldn't open it back, so I unplugged the wire, plugged it back up, and tapped the power button, the power button lits up, but the screen is still black, I repeated the process for a few times but I couldn't open it back up, so I tried again next morning, I opened it back up at 11:30am, I also noticed that the 4 icons on the bottom of my laptop I don't know their names so, yeah, When I try to open it, the 3rd icon opens up, the one with the cylindrical shape, then immediately lits down, so at first I suspected nothing, but later on, I started suspecting the file that I downloaded, it was a .zip file, so i tried accessing my laptop from my phone by plugging the USB of my charger through one of the slots in my laptop, but it didn't work, do I have to reformat my laptop so that I could delete the .zip file? I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run Windows app troubleshooter.

Step 2: Run shell commands for Windows store and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X and select
  Command prompt(Admin) to open elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  Type the following commands.
  
  
  
  powershell -ExecutionPolicy Unrestricted Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register $Env:SystemRoot\WinStore\AppxManifest.xml
  
• 
  Hit enter, the blackscreen will appear still for a couple of seconds. After a couple of second a new line saying C:\.... will appear.
  
• 
  Close Command Prompt.
  
• 
  Try to start the Windows Store again.

Hp laptop screen won’t display except occasionally

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?
