Windows 10: my laptop wont start after the setup after downloading windows 10

my laptop used to be in Chinese so I redownloaded windows 10 to change the language. everything was going smoothly but then when it asked me for setup details it would just keep going back to that page. I think it might be because I didn't put in a product key but now I can't use my laptop to look anything up it will only go on the setup page and I NEED my laptop for school. please help me. is there any way to find out my product key on a different laptop?

To stop the download, uninstall the KB3035583 update (under "Control Panel > Windows Update > Installed Updates").


To get rid of the C:\$Windows.~BT folder:

• Right-click on your C: drive.
• Select "Properties".
• Click on [ Disk Cleanup ]
• After the initial scan: If you have a [ Clean up system files ] button, click it and wait for the second scan to finish.
• Scroll down the list and look for "Temporary Windows installation files" (its size should be in the gigabytes range); check the box.
• Click on [ OK ] to start the clean-up.

^This, then reboot and go to manually update windows. Find KB3035583 in the list of available updates, right-click and "Hide this update" so it doesn't get installed again next go around.

  link that was provided by bob omb on March 25, 2016 and see if you will still encounter the same issue?
• Does your computer have a Recovery drive so you can reinstall Windows 10 on your laptop?
