Please help. I want to watch a movie. I want to use my computer. It says not to turn it off. I finally tried and it just went back to spinning at zero percent. I tried control/escape. Still spinning at 0% like a mindless zombie. Do I leave it be? Will it ever finish or is this a sign something is up?

I suggest you to perform the below methods and check if it helps.

Method 1: Hardware Troubleshoot

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with Sound. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with your Audio

Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel

  Run the playing Audio troubleshooter
  

Check if it helps.

Time one hour off on Windows 10 lap top

I have a lap top & a desk top computer sitting side by side. Both run Windows 10. The lap top suddenly started showing time and hour ahead of actual. Rebooting didn't help.What to do?
