Windows 10: My Lenovo Laptop is locked out my microsoft

I updated my lenvo laptop yesterday and as it was finishing up the up date I was asked for my account user email and password information. I have updated my Lenovo many times and this it the first time I hit that wall. I did not have my account pw and email so I pushed the button to trun off my computer. When I restaarted the laptop the sign in appeared, that would be the password for the laptop. I never had a password for this laptop. that I have had for four years. There you go the Second problem. When I press control Alt Delete it opened up some options and none of these options allow

After finding a similar issue with another Lenovo laptop on the Lenovo support forums, (this thread here: https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Lenovo-Yoga-Series... ) a support specialist there (CEC_Fabian_GR) recommended the following:

Disconnect the charger from the laptop, and the wall.

Make sure the laptop is powered off, then press and hold the power button for 60 seconds.

Reconnect the charger to the laptop, then the wall.

Now try to start your computer.

As far as I am aware, the caps lock on state has no diagnostic value that I can find.

If the above doesn't help, as the Lenovo support specialist suggests, it might be wise to contact Lenovo Support for more help with this issue.

Help! I’ve accident locked myself out of my Lenovo laptop using the Find My Device option and can’t seem to unlock it?

You can sign in to your laptop using your Microsoft account credentials, this might help to unlock the device.

If that doesn’t work, try signing in to your Microsoft account on another device.

Go to the following URL once logged in: account.microsoft.com/devices.

Find the Lenovo laptop that you have locked from the list and click on the “Find my device” button.

From the “Find my device” page, click on the “Lock” button, and then set a new lock code for your Lenovo laptop.

Wait for a few minutes, and then try unlocking your Lenovo laptop using the new lock code.
