Windows 10: My Lenovo PC with Windows 11 keeps crashing

Hi there. I’ve had a Lenovo PC for about 4-5 years now. It was perfectly fine when I got it. As soon I updated it to Windows 11, it would crash at least once on startup. Now, it’s been crashing every hour or so, making it impossible to use. I’ve taken it to a repair shop and they looked and assumed it was overheating, but that was not the case. I am unsure what to do at this point if maybe it’s a faulty piece of hardware or something needs to be replaced. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

Windows 11 upgrade - crashed my Lenovo PC

Hello:
I am looking for a phone number, email address or postal address to send a complaint letter to. I have a Lenovo AIO pc, during the Windows 11 upgrade, it crashed my pc. It does not work and I cannot recover my documents from the PC.
