Windows 10: My license will expire soon

Hi, I recently bought a laptop that was a BIOS system and installed windows 10 at a computer store. it's been around 6-7 months and every time I know open my computer at least 7 to 10 times it will tell me my license will expire. I can't update any apps on my laptop causing PNG files not opening or certain Microsoft applications not running or opening, how do I fix this problem as it is really annoying.

I have recently factory restored my hp envy windows 10. Now i have this message "WINDOWS LICENSE WILL EXPIRE SOON". Im not sure if this is important but i have sent in my hp envy for warranty repairs on the hard disk drive. I bought my hp with windows 10 home edition, but when I sent it in for repairs it came back with windows 10 pro. Any suggestions
