  1. My Lifecam Cinema Camera is always Dark and not focused in my Windows 10pro

Hi there, Can any one help explain why my Lifecams on my laptops are all dark in colour. Especially at night it will barely show the image and during the day sometime is over exposed.

I have a Surface pro and the camera on that is much brighter and clearer and have now idea how to change. Surely the brightness and quality on the Lifecam shoudk be far better?

    :)

  2. Lifecam Cinema

I cannot install my LifeCam Cinema camera. The latest version of the software starts to install and then stops with an unspecified error. The Windows software works, but it is of very limited functionality. The notification window says that the installation
is not complete, but clicking on the link for completion does nothing.

More important, when I check the camera in Windows 10 Settings>Devices>Connected Devices, the Entry for LifeCam Cinema says "App available for this device." However, when you click on the Get App button, it takes you to a screen that says "Page not found."

The LifeCam Cinema is stated by Microsoft to be Windows 10 compatible. So, that is not the issue.

I have two workstations that use the camera, but they both have identical behaviors.

    Any suggestions?

  3. My LifeCame Cinema webcam is always on. Why?

I upgraded my desktop PC over a week ago, from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro. I've got a Microsoft LifeCam Cinema webcam on it. It is working, but the weird thing is that it is always on. Is that due to Cortana needing it for something? Or is that
just a glitch in the LifeCam driver?

    Microsoft LifeCam Cinema Camera

On windows 7, I had a program to use for Microsoft LifeCam Cinema Camera. On windows 10 how do I use the Camera? The Camera App just flashes and does not appear to do anything. Is there a setting some where I need to change. I have tried changing USB
ports and I saw changes flashing by, but that is all. Any suggestions?
