Windows 10: My Local Disk C suddenly got formatted

So this is really weird, so i put my pc to sleep before i went to bed, i woke up in the morning and i logged in to Windows and my laptop is just freezing all the time, i cant even do one task, it took 1 minute just to open the start button, so then i turned it off, and decided to restart it, but it wont boot, so i made a bootable disk to reinstall my windows 10 and when i arrived to this menu where u choose the directory of the installation, I see my C drive just all gone, like theres nothing there, empty, but my D and E are not, like its just got formatted out of nowhere, anyone know why?? Could it be virus, malware or something? Because its terrifying

Run CMD


1. diskpart
2. list disk

Then in the 3º step, put the correct number of disk in the list for the usb flash (if it's listed in disk 3, then you'll have to write select disk 3).

2. select disk #
3. clean
4. create partition primary
5. select partition 1
6. active
7. format fs=fat32
8. assign
9. exit

with that commands you will format the flash drive in fat32, if you have a large drive you can select also "format fs=ntfs" in step 7.

My Local disk C: icon changed to a file suddenly.
