    My machine was returned from repair with the wrong W11 installed. How do I get back to W11 Pro?


    My Surface Laptop 7 has just been repaired by MS for a cracked screem but returned with W11 Home loaded and not W11 Pro which was one there when it was sent off. How do I get back to W11 Pro?

    Install W11 Enterprise on a W11 Pro personal computer

    Hello:

    I have a personal laptop with W11 Pro on it. I want to install W11 Enterprise on it for better security and safety.

    What are some of the problems I can run into by doing this?

    Thank you. I notice it only says W11. Will it realise I have W11 Pro and install the correct version?

    I notice you say download the W10 ISO, however I have W11 Pro so is this correct? Will this affect my installed programs? The W11 Pro was pre-installed on the PC by Dell. I have no product keys, etc, will they be needed (I think the activation state says it is activated with a digital license linked to my Microsoft account)? Obviously a little uneasy that I have to mess with the Windows installation on a brand new PC with no W11 Pro backup details.
