Windows 10: My main user account has screen going dark then on again every second

I was working, then this condition began. The screen goes dark, then lights up again about every second. I tried restarting the computer several times but the issue keeps coming back. I can log in to the admin user account on this computer, and the problem does not show up, but when I log in again to the main account, the flickering starts again. I have tried shutting down the computer, removing the power plug before restarting, that has not helped. How can I fix this?Windows 10 Pro21H1

Want to DELETE second User Account at login

Hello, I'm using a Windows 10 PC and I am the only user. My administrator username is "John Doe".
Recently when I start the PC, I get 2 options for user login-"John Doe", where I click to enter my password and a second option to use a PIN, both have EXACT name "John Doe". The first option asks for a Password- it does not accept any PW I've associated with the account. When selecting the second option, the PIN box appears. I am then able to get to my desktop screen.

I want to do two things: 1) Delete the account that asks for the PW 2) Automatically login and go to my desktop screen. When I go to Control Panel user settings to delete it, there is only ONE account that shows. I've tried at least 6 solutions suggested, none have worked. Probably need step-by-step instructions. Thanks in advance.

Toshiba Encore WT-10 A 32 Tablet

Windows 10 Home Edition Version 1511.

I prefer to boot my tablet to "Lock Screen" and have configured it to do so.

Every time I reboot or awake my laptop from sleep mode it shows Lock Screen pictures and I need to scroll the picture up to go to Desktop, but when I scroll it up it goes to a "Dark Screen" instead, and I have to click on the screen to go to Desktop.

Is there a way to resolve this problem and avoid this extra step?

Any help appreciated.

 

Unknown second user account


I took the free upgrade to Windows 10 about a week ago. An unknown second user has started appearing on the password log-in screen. It has the name 'smmosbvjntf'. It is easily removed from the user account box but usually reappears on the log-in screen within 24 hours.

I also get a pop up from Tweakbit which wants me to use it to clean up my computer. I'm ignoring that.

I subscribe to Eset and have scanned my laptop several timesusing the Eset scan and have come out with a completely clean bill of health.

Any suggestions of how to rid myself completely of this unknown second account user?
