    Thanks for getting back to me. I have a Lenovo 70m 3rd gen AIO with an Intel processor. It arrived with a Realtec microphone array on board. I am using Windows 11 and have been through troubleshooting a number of times. I also updated Windows and drivers. I received multiple messages that I do not need a microphone driver, and the control panel tells me the microphone is working. When I test the microphone volume in settings I get a number of results, i.e., 1% of 100, 58% of 100, 26% of 100, and there appears to be no way to just increase it.

    DId you update the drivers using WIndows built-in update checker or did you manually find the drivers on Lenovo's website ?

    At the top of the microphone testing button, there's the input volume slider.

    Is it set to the maximum ?
