windows store doesnot opens

I have windows 10 pro and on the way to disable some services that lags my computer i ran through services from computer management.

All things were right as planned but from the moment i disable some processes MY WINDOWS STORE APP DOESNOT OPEN and i am now unable to download apps from store the window for store also doesnot open it behaves like i dont have store app at all but it is
listed in all apps list....maybe i unknowingly disable some store releted services...plz help me out

Downloading is Slow from Store.

I suggest you to clear Windows Store cache and check if it helps.

Follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo key + R.
• Type wsreset.exe on Run window and press enter.
• Check if issue persists.

Try to run the sfc scan and check if the Windows store downloads faster:

Run a System File Checker (SFC) scan to check for any file corruption.
SFC scan will scan for corrupt system files on the computer and repair them.

• Press Windows key + X, click
  Command Prompt (Admin).
• In the Command Prompt, type the following command, and then press ENTER:
  
  sfc /scannow
