Windows 10: My Microsoft store will not open and I cant figure out what to do

Discus and support My Microsoft store will not open and I cant figure out what to do in Microsoft Windows 10 Store to solve the problem; When I try to open my Microsoft store it wont open and it wont show up in my downloaded apps I don't know what to do please help....     My Microsoft store will not open and I cant figure out what to do


    When I try to open my Microsoft store it wont open and it wont show up in my downloaded apps I don't know what to do please help.

    Mail app will not open on 10041.

    Hey Shawn,
    I did that to no avail, then I ran WSReset.exe; now I'm good on all 3, Mail, Calendar and People! *Confused
    Go figure!

    Hi James,

    To resolve your concern about Windows Store, we suggest for you to follow these steps:

    • Press Windows key + R key to open Run.
    • Type wsreset.exe and press
      Enter      .
    • Restart the PC, sign in with your Microsoft user account and check if you are able to find Windows Store.

    Let us know how it goes.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community!

    I would suggest you to clear the cache memory of the Windows Store app.

    Try the following steps:


    • Press Windows + R keys to open Run window

    • Type wsreset.exe and hit enter.


    Now try to open Windows store and see if that helps.
