Windows 10: My mouse cursor changed to an older version and my screen glitched..

Sorry for my poor grammar.
My mouse cursor changed to an older version. I don't exactly know why, but after downloading some themes on themebeta, my mouse cursor changed and it really freaks me out. I downloaded a slideshow theme ( i don't know how to explain it ). It is used to change your Chrome theme and your windows theme. I don't know how to uninstall or delete the theme. I opened my Spotify today and something strange happened, the screen glitched and made weird sounds when I was playing a song. The screen and the mouse didn't work, so I had to press the shut down button. I think it is connected to my mouse cursor because when it changed, everything on my computer just didn't work normally. I tried to go to the Mouse Settings but it didn't help at all. I tried looking up for "how to uninstall a themebeta" but nothing really helpful showed up. Please help me, I really need your help... I think there are some viruses trying to hack my computer and ruin it...

Odd graphical glitch with mouse cursor


Anyone else have this happen? The garbled box is my mouse cursor. It returned to normal once I logged in. This is a random thing. Most of the time, its normal.
