Windows 10: My mouse cursor is missing when I am trying to log in.

HelloI am having a difficult time where every time I turn on my computer, my mouse cursor is missing. I can't do anything at all. I am stuck at log in screen where I can't use my mouse or my keyboard to sign in. I tried unplugging everything including the mouse USB wired. I tried restarting as many times and still have no luck. The only thing it works is my BIOS where I can freely use my keyboard and mouse.ThanksHere's what an image looks like. I don't see any mouse cursor at all

It is possible that the system did not recognize the mouse of your computer after it booted up. This can be the reason why you do not see the mouse cursor. Kindly perform a power cycle to refresh the power of the computer. To do this, follow these steps:

• Shutdown the computer.
• After shutting it down, remove the battery (if you're using a laptop) and disconnect the computer from the charger.
  
• Wait for 1 minute.
• After 1 minute, attach the battery and turn on the computer.
• Check if you will see the mouse cursor.
