    My new Dell monitor shows a tansparent window about Selecting Language


    I just got new Dell S2419H monitor and when I hooked it up via HDMI a small transparent window opened in the lower right hand corner of the screen and it just wont go away. It is titled "Dell 24 Monitor" and offers a list of languages for me to select. English has a check by it. I tried to snip a picture of it to post here but the snip just showed what was under the window.

    The monitor works fine in all other respects but I really need to know how to clear the pesky thing.

    Will someone give me some help here. I've not been able to find a answer on the various Dell sites.

    Dell Monitor Touch Screen MOnitir & Windows 10

    Since installing Windows 10, I cannot enable the touchscreen on my Dell S2240T monitor. The pen/touch option is not showing in hardware/sound nor can I find it under the HID list either. Any Suggestions?

    Hi Sassy,

    To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

    • Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
      Region & Language      .
    • Under Add a language, select English, and click
      Set as default      .
    • Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
    • Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.

    Let us know if the steps provided worked for you.

    4870x2 won't display at 1680x1050 at all!

    OK. Now I know what ur problem is. Step by step:
    1. Go to Catalyst Control Center
    2. Click on the word "Graphic" right on top left corner. It will display drop down menu
    3. Click on Display monitor and will see the list of monitor at near bottom
    4. Right Click the monitor and select "Configure". It will show up the window
    5. There will be 3 option to select. Select the middle one and then click on the tab which show the bar with 15%.
    6. Drag the bar to max, and the screen will stretch to the native resolution 1680x1050.
    7. Also click the tab with showing RGB drop down list and select the last one (it will change to image quality for pc).
    That's it. Good Luck.
