Windows 10: My new laptop is stuck in military time format

So when I go in to the date and time settings and click on the pulldown menu, nothing happens. When I click the arrow for "short time", nothing happens. How can I fix this so I get the 12 hour am/pm format?

There's a possibility that the set up time format in your computer Basic Input/Output System (BIOS) is military time. To have this checked, you can try to reset the time of your computer through Control Panel. See the steps below on how to do
so:

• Open Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region >
  Change date, time, or number formats. This would open the
  Region window.
• From there, click on Additional settings at the bottom part. It will open the Customize Format.
• Click Reset; then, OK.

The steps should work; however, if not, we suggest that you contact manufacturer and have the BIOS time checked.

Military Time

Can someone give me steps on how to change to military time (24-hour time) on Microsoft Teams?

Seems like it can't be done...

Hi Joss,

Go to settings\Time & Language\Date Time and Reginal Formatting\Change Data Format, from there you should be able to change it.
