Windows 10: My Norton isn't working on Build 18912.rs_prerelease.190601-1739

For some reason, my Norton has stopped working. I have been speaking to live chat advisors for 2 days and they have been unable to resolve the issue. However, on my PC I have the Build 18922.rs_prerelease.190614-1427 build and Norton seems to work on there.


The live chat advisor Naveen is telling me that there is no release available yet for the laptop, but I have it on my PC. How do I get the above update on my laptop so I can get Norton to work, please?? Time is of the essence as my laptop is currently exposed with no virus software on there atm. Thanks

Following update to build 14905.rs_prerelease.160811-1739 power icon nolonger works

 

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

power botton not working

I have downloaded the new window 10 build 14905.rs_prerelease.160811-1739 and the power button to shut down, or restart ,or switch user is not working the only way I can get it to work is to right click the window symbol
