Windows 10: My notifications stop appearing

I turned on notifications from twitter, but on the 7th one, i get a notification saying "you have 7 notifications" instead of the notification itself. I would have to clear all of them before it works properly again. Any way to fix it?

Calendar Notifications Stopped Working / Appearing


My Calendar notifications have stopped working.
The Calendar App is working fine and I have no problem adding events.
When I navigate to Settings > System > Notifications the Calendar App does not appear. See screen shot below.
I am used to relying on the Calendar notifications or reminders, any suggestions are appreciated.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

To stop action center notifications, I suggest you to follow the steps given below:

• 
  Type settings in search bar and hit
  enter.
  
• 
  Go to system.
  
• 
  Select notifications and actions.
  
• 
  Click on turn system icons on or off.
  
• 
  Turn off action center.
