Windows 10: My own Windows PC isn't allowing me to change settings, running home edition.

Hi there

I recently stuck on this issue in which my own PC won't allow me to change some settings. It tells some settings are hidden or managed by your organisation , and I can't enable/disable some settings I need. Please help me to fix this. I tried gpedit and cmd based commands but they didn't work for me. I have no Antivirus Installed, Windows activated by OEM and no cleaner apps ever installed. Some screenshots are attached below as well.

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
