Windows 10: My passwords aren't syncing

I go to verify syncing all passwords and all I get is Error Code 0x80190001I've tried to restart my computer and troubleshoot the internet and windows update but nothing useful shows up and at this point I just want to reset my computer.

Icons from apps aren´t displayed correctly






The native apps from the system are all showing this strange square instead of the normal icons. Please help resolve this problem. Thanks

 

Sync Password on Lumia Device

I suggest you to log-in to the system using the same Microsoft account and try the below steps.

  Go to settings and click on Accounts.
  
• 
  Click on Sync your settings on the left pane, turn on all the sync option and verify your account.
