Windows 10: My PC cannot download any apps from microsoft store because it always doesn't met minimum...

Hi all,


i want to download ubuntu from microsoft store, it says that this product should work on this device. But when i clicked Get button, it didn't do anything.

My windows 10 version is 1909 with os build 18363.418. Meanwhile the recommended os is windows 10 version 16237.0 or higher.

i then try to download other aps from microsoft store, but it's the same. Nothing happened when i click Get Button.

Anyone knows how to fix this?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
