Windows 10: my PC crashes after starting a game

i have been running into what seems like a wall of infinite issues with a new computer i have bought and installed hardware into. the most recent one that i cant figure out has to do with the PC spontaniously crashing whenever i try to load large area's in games. or with newer games it crashes before i can even get to the main menu. i have reinstalled windows 1 time before encountering this crashing issue. there is no blue screen. the PC just blacks out, and starts up again. hardware useddell 7020CPU: intel core 17-4790 cpu @ 3.60ghzRAM: 32.0 gb ddr3STORAGE: 1tb SSDGPU: NVIDIA Geforce RTX 2060

If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.
