Windows 10: My pc dont work

I Tried to downgrade my pc from windows 11 to 10 it did not work and i turned off my pc now when i turn on it it runs but my screen is stuck in a loop saying: HDMI1 and NO SIGNAL, anyone who can help Tried Everything

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

 

atiflash dont work

hello i have a big problem i want to flash my ASUS ati Radeon x850 Pro vivo PCIE card becouse the 16 pipelines and the first step to flash the card with Flashrom is no problem but if i want to flash the Card back to the original bios with atiflash then it do not work (i think it dont accept the device 0) can anybody help me to get it work? (flashrom work with device 0 but atiflash not)
