Windows 10: My pc got unplugged while resetting and it won’t boot to the OS, and won’t show any...

So, I was resetting my pc, when the power plug came out, now when I start the pc, it shows the AMI Logo then shows the generic windows loading screen, then the screen flashes black and a few seconds later the pc says restarting and boots again, it doesn’t show any troubleshooting menu or a error code, it just imidiatly restarts, I can acsses the Bios menu but It is a old bios as it is AMIBIOS version 2.14 from 2011, the motherb On the computer is old and is a B75, when I turn my pc off and on again, nothing happens it just repeats, if I hold down the power button nothing happens, it just repea

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist
