Windows 10: My PC is asking to sign in with your microsoft account to continue app experiences across...

I got a notification to sign into my Microsoft account and so I went to the settings to sign in but it is with an account I no longer have access to, is there a way to change the account because there is no option to swap accounts in the popup that it gives me its just forgot password and email account but I do not have access to the account it is asking me. Microsoft has asked me to sign into this account a few times before but I end up just ignoring it but it keeps happening. In this case I am looking at advanced app settings but it isn't even asking my main Microsoft account that I am curre

Can't sign to Microsoft account

For further troubleshooting, we suggest that you try to change the privacy settings of your computer. You may refer to the steps below:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Privacy.
• Turn off Let apps on my other devices open apps and continue experiences on this device and
  Let apps on my other devices use Bluetooth to open apps and continue experiences on this device.

After changing the privacy settings of your computer, check if the issue remains.

Cannot sign in microsoft account.

My device: Lumia 520. GDR2.
I cannot sign in my Microsoft account on my device. It didnt say any error but Microsoft account is not listed in Email and account list. When I click add button, it will show microsoft account option but after press sign in, it is still not shown in email
and account. Another problem is i cannot delete facebook account. Error code: 0x83cf1202. I have tried as suggested here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2475837/en-us#step0x83cf1202 but as my Microsoft account is not shown, I cannot do step 6.

Any suggestion?
