Windows 10: My PC is controlled by the school?

I am a student programmer and have been getting this notification whenever I try to compile codes on VS, etc : "your administrator requires a security scan of this item. the scan could take up to 10 seconds"

My problem with this is that I am the administrator and in fact, the only user of my PC and when I research on this issue, most people established that receiving this prompt means that you are not the administrator.

This notification only started popping up after I installed Office360 and connected my school account to access those apps.
I researched for the longest time and all forums suggest to sign out of all accounts like this site but it did not help: https://engineering.purdue.edu/ECN/Support/KB/Docs/HomePCsuddenlyreports

I tried everything I could find but the notification still pops up - just to clarify, the notification doesn't bother me - my main concern is that my PC could be handled by my school.

TL;DR How do I find out if my school is managing my PC, and if so, how do I stop them from doing so?

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

How to remove an Icon of "eConnect by Harris School Solutions" on my Taskbar

I suggest you to follow the below steps to remove the "eConnect by Harris School Solutions"
from the taskbar and check if it helps.

• Right click on the icon "eConnect by Harris School Solutions".
• Click on “Unpin from Taskbar” the icon will be removed from the taskbar.
