My PC is randomly crashing after installing w10

It crashes approximately twice a week. It crashes if I am playing game or just watching videos or doing nothing. Today it crashed 2 minutes after start.
How does it crash: Screen freezes, every sound stops so i cant hear anything and I see the last picture on my monitor. I cant move with my mouse simply I cant do anything so I have to hard reset.
There are my PC specs but I dont think theres problems with them. This crashing wasnt happening when I had w7.
Also sorry for my english I know it sucks.

    CPU: AMD FX-8320 8-core, 3.50 GHz
    GPU: NVIDIA GTX-960
    RAM: 2x4 GB
    Hard Disk: 2TB
    Mother Board: MSI
    PC Source: 600W

How do I get the Productkey of my new W10Pro 1511?

    Shawn hello,

but I have already W10 Pro on my actual PC ... tutto bene !

To re-install the W10 you need normally the productcode ... How do I get in the actual digital version?

eg re-installing on a SSD, or a new bare-bone, or after a crash?

    best regards, Marc

  3. Windows 10 Crashing

Installed W10 online. Crashed after op for few weeks. Reinstalled W10 by local PC technician. Crashed again- after installed HP 6313 printer software (could be cause?).

Now gives blue screen as follows:

    ERROR

Your PC/Device needs to be repaired

The operating system couldn't be loaded because the system registry file is missing or contains errors

    File: \WINDOWS\system32\config\system

    Error code: 0xc000014c

you will need to use recovery tools. If you don't have any installation media(like a disc or USB device) contact your PC administrator or PC device manufacturer.

    My questions:

    1. Can I go back to W8.1 (which worked fine)

    2. If not recommended/or able, what are my options?

My PC is randomly crashing after installing w10

Always look for the simplest explanations first.

Have you checked for faulty memory? Try Memtest86+

Difficult to test other things if it only happens once or twice a week, but I would suspect an incompatible driver or lack of a driver update may be causing this. Make sure you have checked the MSI website for all driver updates for W10 with your particular motherboard.

Please report back after these tests and we can suggest other approaches if needed.
